Larin continued scouring the parking lot before considering a horrifying scenario. What if Christopher got to Ace first? Surley, it was impossible, I did not divulge any information that would reveal his location. But to avoid unnecessary complications, it would be prudent to find him without hesitation. After probing the sidewalk, Larin identified a small pool of crimson red liquid on the ground. He bent down and placed his gloved finger in the substance. Rubbing his fingers together while smelling the substance revealed critical information: It had a metallic xml that resembled that of an old wedding ring, was slightly warm, and became sticky over time – this is blood! “It would seem that Ace was kind enough to leave me a map.” Said Larin. Staring at a trail of blood on the side walk. “I must move quick.” Larin bolted down the side walk with blazing speed. He must be weary, undoubtedly, I should have no problem catching up with him.
