Blood transfusion was not based on scientific evidence until Karl Landsteiner (1868-1943) discovered the different blood groups behind the walls of the university of Vienna in 1900 and 1901(O'Neil, 1992). There were two outcomes during blood transfusion process: whether the patient life begins or ends on the table. Sadly no one knew the reason behind that mystery until Landsteiner's big discovery. No one knew that the isolated continent would bring up a man who will save millions of lives during his life time and perhaps furthermore than what he himself expected .The medical school of Vienna accepted at the year of 1885 an outstanding man that kept the name of the university in the history forever (Heidelberger, 1969). Therefore he choose to do some research that was available at his university under the supervision of his respected professors. And not before a long time something was growing in the young man's chest. His interest in chemistry started to rise and brighten in his heart, and then he started to blaze his own path in the research and his mindset too. Thus he started to have his own wonders, questions, theories, and believes. That is when he decided to do more investigations to his theories with his own way. After a while the strings of the truth started to appear in front of his eyes, and at the year of 1990 there were no place for doubt in the brilliant man's head.
