One thing all young leaders grow up learning is to “lead by example.” This leadership philosophy is based on the idea that in order to inspire and lead others to do things a certain way, you must first show your own willingness and commitment. Josh Billings makes an excellent illustration of this ideology when he says “To bring up a child in the way he should go, travel that way yourself once in awhile.” Common sense and personal experience is all it takes to understand that no one respects hypocrisy.
