1) Yes, I know that there are several cases that still exist with racism today, but this case still shocks me. There is clear evidence of racism in this case, and it seems as though the court just overlooked the case and didn’t want to acknowledge discrimination. Although Jones can appeal to a higher court, I feel as though with all the clear evidence, summary of judgment to RPG was ruled falsely. Summary of judgment should have been given to Jones because of the vivid evidence. This case just seems like a case decimation case in the 1950’s and not a case in 2005. 2) After reviewing Jones V.
