Infamous criminal and crime boss, John Gotti, was born on October 27th, 1940 in South Bronx, New York. His flamboyant lifestyle and frequent public trials made him a prominent figure in New York in the 80’s and 90’s. By the age of 12, Gotti was working as an errand boy for an underground club in his neighborhood. While working in the club, he met his lifelong mentor, Aniello Dellacroce. He soon became the leader of a gang called the Fulton-Rockaway boys. The group was infamously known for their robberies and carjackings. During a 4 year span, Gotti lived a life of crime on a full-time basis. Gotti’s arrest record consisted of street fighting, public intoxication, and car theft.
