Sugar is the leading cause of people becoming obese and diabetic, sugar is hidden in many foods we eat daily. Some people could say that the lack of exercise is the leading cause of obesity and diabetes. I strongly believe that sugar is because sugar is in nearly everything we consume in a day.

So does salad dressing, pasta sauce so many other odd products. Pop contains very high amounts of sugar. The average human consumes fifty three gallons of soda a year.
