Kmart was the worst job I have ever had. Firstly, I very rarely got consistent hours. Somevweeks I would get twenty hours, and other weeks, I would get five, sometimes even four. Kmart always cut my hours when they hired new employees, and they were always hiring new employees. Secondly, the work environment was not good. A lot of workers were related or really good friends outside of work, and of you were not their friend outside of work, they would not talk to you. The managers made the work environment tense because they were never satisfied with anything certain employees did, si h as getting people to sign up for the Shop Your Way Rewards Program.
