When many people hear Hip Hop they think, oh it’s just people cursing and talking about violence,but it's more than that more than just cursing and talking about violence it's a story a story told in a song. “Hip Hop Planet” an article made by James McBride. A story about his experience with Hip Hop and how he handled it. In the span of 26 years, he didn’t know how he felt about Hip Hop. I support his argument that we should go with the flow and embrace Hip Hop because we should experience it. Hip Hop was a super cultural movement and McBride compares Hip Hop with other things such as jazz and Elvis he states “ not since the advent of swing jazz in the 1930’s has an American music exploded across the world with such overwhelming force.
