Introduction
Green Sea Turtles are one of the many endangered species, but they are an important part of their biome. They live in multiple places as they migrate, but they start their life on the shores of the pacific ocean. They do spend most of their life in the water as they live in the and shallow areas of the ocean. The turtles start their lives off in the shores as that is where the mothers of the turtles lay their eggs, they have to swim to the ocean where they can move faster. The eggs are usually laid in the shores where the mother was also hatched.
Biome I The turtles can be hatched anywhere on the shores, but I chose to research Baja California. Baja California is in between two weather zones as the northern half has weather similar to southern California, but the southern half experiences weather similar to Arizona. The climate is dry with rainfall being about one to two feet during the winter. During the summer comes the windy skies near the pacific coast. Baja California is connected to California, but it is a part of Mexico. Biome II

Some people believe sea turtles have retractable heads, but the turtles cannot retract their heads back into their shells. The turtles diets consist of sea grasses and algae although juvenile turtles eat jellyfish, sponges and crabs. These turtles can be found in shallow waters during times when they are not migrating as they are also attracted too lagoons and shoals which have an abundance of seagrass and
