Did you know that there are over one-million known species of plants and animals in aquatic habitats? In the marine biome, there are many animals ranging from the Dumbo Octopus to the Great White Shark. An animal that also lives in the marine biome is the Green Sea Turtle, which spend most of their life in the ocean. It depends on many things, including biotic and abiotic factors, certain parts of the marine biome and their adaptations. The marine biome covers about 70% of the world.
