Personally I love graffiti it's a way for people to express their creativity. While I understand that graffiti can look dirty or unappealing to onlookers it is a form of art, even though it doesn't follow the old pen on paper routine it still holds the main point of art. The spots chosen by the tagger is special, they chose that spot for a reason even though the spots were on public property tagging was a way for taggers to rebel so saying graffiti should only be in certain places it kind of defeats the purpose of the taggers freedom, it would lose its meaning to the tagger.
