Good Afternoon ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I am here to prove that Gene was the cause of an innocent death. Our dear Friend, Finny, was recently killed from an accident that might have been caused from the man sitting in the chair right there (points to Gene in chair). Finny was a great athletic man that always worked hard to prove others wrong. One sunny afternoon Finny asked Gene to go with him to the tree, Gene agreed and then they both went to the tree.When they reached tree they were both went up the tree and onto the branches. Gene shook the limb of the tree, which caused Finny to lose his balance and fall.
