I chose to attend this particular film because I enjoy documentaries, they are more real and are comprised of emotion and facts. I though the topic, which involved Tucson high school students fighting for their Mexican American Studies Program was very interesting because it is young adults fighting for what they believe in. I have actually been to Tucson High School so I had a sense of the school and felt like I was right there with the students. The Student Union’s main conference room is a great place to get many people together that are somewhat interested in the same topic.
