R/s Ava is not taking good care of Monya (6). R/s Monya has a hygiene problem, her underwear is always dirty, and her hair is never done. R/s Monya appears to be dehydrated because she is always tired and complains of having headaches. R/s Ava is threatening to take Monya to Atlanta tomorrow. R/s Monya’s school is also concern about the child’s hygiene. R/s according to Monya she hasn’t washed in days. R/s it is unknown if Monya is getting the proper nutrition.
R/s she gets the child on the weekends and the child’s underwear is always completely dirty. R/s this has been an ongoing issue but she has noticed it in the last two months. R/s when the issue is brought to Ava’s attention she keeps the child away.
