Having a high-paid job, driving an expensive car, and living in a mansion are the dreams of many Americans and the definition of success in our society. Throughout our lives, we are taught different skills to bring to the career market and to make us look desirable to the companies. However, not a single class teaches us how to develop our character. Yes, earning an enormous amount of money is an important part of our lives, but we should not neglect the importance of developing our character. Continuing to develop good character will enable us as human beings to achieve greater success in their career and obtain higher quality relationships.
