Overview Vision is always a vital asset for everyone to cope up with their daily activities. It is crucial for people to keep their eye and vision in a healthy condition, in order to execute their tasks. However, such condition is hard to obtain as our eyes are threatened by a lot of diseases, which may be caused by other prominent disease, for example Diabetes. One condition that usually happens and may endanger our vision by this disease is called Diabetic Retinopathy, a disease that may lead to complete blindness if no necessary action is taken as soon as possible. Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) has become a dreadful challenge, especially in third world countries who don't have enough resources to treat and detect patient with DR disease. It also includes current method that is widely being used to screen and detect DR disease in most part of the world. Using retina scan to analyze DR condition Retina scanning may provide relatively accurate utility in the process of screening, diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment of DR disease, even though that Ophthalmoscopy is still the primary method to detect DR[1]. There are many image screening methodologies that may be used in order to provide such information, and these methods include Fundus Photography, Fluorescein Angiography, Optical Coherence Tomography, and etc. These technologies are providing a further enhancement in order to produce a simplified threshold in analyzing the screening, as optimal solution is still yet to find.
