The short version of the questionnaire was used as the measurement tool in this study: Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) that created by National Center for the Working Environment (NRCWE) (National Center for the Working Environment, 2007). And the Cronbach’s alpha is 0.7 (Kristensen, Borg, Pejtersen, Sønderga, &Bjorner, 2010), it is validated. This questionnaire used to assess the psychosocial factors at work, and the well-being of employees and some personality factors. It included 40 questions with 23 subscales, and divided into seven domains. These domains were demands at work (six questions), work organization and job contents (eight questions), interpersonal relations and leadership (ten questions), work-individual interface (three questions), values at workplace level (four questions), health and well-being (five questions), and offensive behaviours (four questions) (Kristensen, Borg, Pejtersen, Sønderga, &Bjorner, 2010).…show more content…
