Sometimes book lovers can be really annoying. Book lovers just assume that the movie “butchers” the book. They’re already prejudice against the book because, I mean, they are “book lovers” after all! However, Hatchet and A Cry in the Wild is a different story. The movie was way better than the book. The movie showcased imagery perfectly, and the foreshadowing was exceptional. Although there were many differences between the book and the movie, the movie depicted the details in the book flawlessly. Even though the movie and the book didn’t share the chronological order of events, all the important ones were included in A Cry in the Wild.
