The song and poem has similarities throughout the writing.“Dreams” by Langston Hughes and “Dream” by Daniel Coulter Reynolds et al, are similar because in the quote, “Hold fast to dreams,” in line one is similar to line seven in “Dream” (Daniel Coulter Reynolds, et al) which is “We all are living in a dream.” Since both of the quotes talk about dreams, they refer to how dreams are meant to be dreamt of.
