Foundational Concepts as a Theoretical Framework of the Change Project
During the work on the Change Project Seek-N-Finders group singled out two major nursing concepts integrated into the change process: Time/transition and personal meaning. These foundational concepts established the theoretical framework of Seek-N-Finders Change Project. Continuous referring to the nursing concepts facilitated the group’s planning process and helped to identify the Projects’ milestones. Moreover, foundational nursing concepts guided the group’s decision-making regarding the Project implementation.
