Jordan remained at MHS Ms. Beaton’s home from 09/01/2015 to 09/30/2915. Jordan learned to cope with stressful situations, boundaries and positive ways to express her emotions in the home and diverse settings. Jordan’s impulsive behavior of lying redirected during a collaborative meeting with Mrs. Baxter (Charleston County DSS worker) MHS and CSP. Jordan struggles with relinquishing her adult roles to MHS and enjoy her youth roles. She started weekly individual therapy for counseling.
CSP provided weekly age appropriate interventions and encourage positive communication with all adults and peers. CSP redirected behaviors of lying, poor communications and boundaries in the home. CSP encouraged the youth to get involved in school or a community
