Abstract The Cardiopulmonary Department is a large cost driver for the hospital. Detailed budgeting analysis involves several steps and processes which allows the manager to stay on the right track with the overall focus having and unbiased trend. Management tries to allocate this by doing as much as possible with the budget and not losing any value. Identifying costs and knowing the proper actions to take are a vital role in budgeting.
