In Task 3 different ways of receiving feedback will be given for the Lodge to use in their establishment from their clients on how they have experienced their stay at the Lodge. Emails The Lodge can set up a questionnaire which they could send to the customers via email. This will make the customer reply as quickly as possible. This is one of the effective ways to receive feedback from the customers. Customer Champion A customer champion is a person who thinks like the customer, they benefit both the company and the customer. They can employ a customer champion who can improve their customer service levels. They can put the book either in the rooms or at the front desk where the customers see the book and can fill it in. Conclusion Using feedback forms the customers can give recommendation on how the Lodge can improve their service level. This will help that the Lodge could improve their service level by the way the customers want the service to be and this would make that the customers would want to come back to the Lodge every time they are on business trips or vacation in Nelspruit or White River. They could also be known as the best service deliveries in Mpumalanga if they have all the needed service experience and the best staff trained.
