Brianna Madej Anatomy/Physiology 2 Due: October 5th Blood Doping When asked to write about “Blood Doping”, I honestly did not know where to begin. It can also give someone an autoimmune disease, which can cause a real serious health consequence. Also, blood doping can cause kidney damage, jaundice, and even blood clots. When I was researching more about blood doping I was wondering how someone could get caught doing it. I found out that someone that does it will have a hider blood cell density. Someone could test the athlete’s levels of hemoglobin, or can even be tested through a urine test. Blood doping has gone as far as using some blood doping drugs that drug testers have no idea even
