Benefits Data Trust (BDT) is a national not-for-profit organization committed to transforming how individuals in need access public benefits. BDT was created in 2005 with the mission to help low-income individuals access the state and federal aid programs for which they are eligible. BDT believes all vulnerable individuals and families across the country should be able to secure the benefits that enable them to achieve stability. BDT’s goal is that by 2025, accessing benefits will be simple, comprehensive and cost-effective.
