If you were doing something that you enjoyed doing, would you ask for money? Thats what people are debating about today. NCAA players want to get paid for playing basketball, but they like doing it and they like hyping the crowd. NCAA is a national event we watch to entertain us. But people are debating if the NCAA players should get paid for entertain us. I dont think they should get paid because it would be fair. As long as College players are getting scholorships to go to school, they should not be paid for playing a sport. College players should get paid. Don shelton, stated in his article that even though we get a scholorship we still need money to eat and live off of. In the article it states, “Although most student-athletes now attend college on a scholarship, that does not cover all living expenses.
