Did you know that sharks are being slaughtered in waters all around the world? This is a terrible way to do that and this leads into my first point is that Sharks shouldn’t be culled because it is not fair on the sharks. Because they are being put into pointless foods, souvenirs and fashion products. My second point is that there are one million sharks being killed each year and 11,000 every hour around the world. My final point is that they are being killed before they can reproduce causing them to become endangered. Here are the three points in more depth.
My first point that I will be arguing about is the killing of sharks is not fair on the sharks. The reason this is not fair is because they are being killed for pointless foods, souvenirs, fashion and skin care products. The reason that it is not fair on the sharks is because they are being killed for their fins to make tasteless bowl of soup, their teeth to make jewellery that we all buy, shark jaws are being sold as souvenirs, shark skin is being made in to wallets and even belts, the oil from the sharks liver is even being used in skin care products and the cartilage from the sharks are being used in capsules and…show more content… For their fins to be cut off, They then get thrown back into the water without their fins. This is unfair on them because they are getting their fins cut off and then thrown back in to the water to die. 100 million sharks being killed each year. This is unfair because they are being fished by sport fisherman, who are using long lines to hook them and then pulling them up killing them while they are still alive. Then they just get thrown back into the water to die. They sink down to the bottom and die of an agonizing death. This is unfair because they are still alive when all of this is going on and they go through so much
