Amicalola Falls Narrative
363 Words2 Pages
The day in Amicalola Falls, which I thought was going to the the longest day of my life. Tamara is used to living in the brutal nature. I however, have never spent over 10 minutes in the woods in my whole life, however. I am a city girl that loves shopping and local coffee shops, not hiking in old, ugly tennis shoes. I’m sure I’ll adjust fine , but until then I’m going to primp myself for our hike and hopefully dress properly for the bug infested, cruel, journey.
As we came upon the Amicalola Falls, Tamara smelled my new scented hand lotion. *Slaps me in the face* I had no idea the vanilla and pumpkin spice lotion would attract every single blood sucking mosquito in the falls. As we continued to go higher up, I felt a pinch.
