The reporter stated Alexandria has a cocaine and pill problem. While the child is in another room, Alexandria goes to another room to use drugs. The reporter stated Alexandria also leaves the child in a running car and stands outside the car whenever she wants to smoke a blunt or cigarette. The reporter stated Alexandria doesn’t use drugs in the child’s presence but she has left the child in the car and walked up a hill to the reporter’s home to ask for something to smoke. The reporter stated this happened three months ago but she did not report it to DHS at the time.
