“Swamp” and “Mud” these words describe the sickness diseases of the villager and also mud describe the separation of the family from the Jewish community. “The River” is one of the most important symbol that represents the plot of the story where Aaron’s wife disappears to the water but its show the unlimited pattern of the water meaning her soul will remains lost soul in the river and never ever be found.
