I spend some time yesterday and today to inform Adriana about our initiatives, sharing as much as could in this couple of days. I am very happy to have her here with us.
Attached is the plan consisting of three pages. The order is for presentation purposes, with the tasks in the first page.
The Tasks document attached is the kick-off this initiative. IN the next week or so we can have a SharePoint Solution to manage planning and tasks in such a way that is sustainable.
I strongly believe that this is a solid approach emphasizing the first phase that will concentrate on the tasks to acquire control. This first phase is an aggressive proposal to be completed by December 31st 2015.
