Popeye can relate to Sisyphus because in his comics he is always trying to get the Olive Oyl to love him. She is torn between Popeye and Bluto nad cant decide who to love. It’s a weird love triangle thing going on. He fights to the finish to win her heart over and over in the comic. He lives for the love of Olive Oyl, and is willing to fight for her love
