Walt Disney change history for America during it’s hard times so his hopes and dreams would create a happier place on earth. By doing so he had created the Walt Disney Company, Disneyland, and the first animated film in history with color. These were all done during the hardest parts in history which was the Great Depression and of World War II. Through all his hard work and dedication this made Walt Disney a legacy to all of America. Proving to America you can make a change and persuasive if you keep trying and believe in yourself.

Disney created Mickey Mouse in 1928 right before The Great Depression even then he knew something bad was going to happen with his business and others. Yet, with knowing what might happen Disney continued to work on his creations until the market had crashed. When Walt Disney had produced “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” it “Originally the movie was budgeted at $250,000, but after production ran over it ballooned to $1.5 million–an enormous sum in the 1930’s. As World War II was taking place in 1939, Walt was creating his newest films “Pinocchio” and “Fantasia”.
