Legislation- Is a group of different types of Laws that everyone needs to follow and if not followed there are consequences that happens towards those that choose to break a certain law. In health care there are certain procedures and policies that are to be followed. These procedures and policies are made by the law. Workers must ensure that they are following these policies which will keep patients and themselves safe from any harm or danger.
Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995- Employees have a responsibility under the Act to take care of others and collaborate with employers’ health and safety requirements.
