After watching the video of Undercover Boss Canada where Cineplex’s CEO Ellis Jacob goes undercover to see how his employees are performing and how they treat the people that come to see his company’s movies so that they would enjoy their time at the theatres and come back again. Also if Ellis would go undercover he would get to hear what people have to say about the Cineplex and what they need to do to improve to make his company better. Ellis is under the section of the top managers on the upside down pyramid. He went undercover to see how the operating workers who work directly which affect the satisfaction of the customers resulting in whether they would come back or not. Watching this video I think this is an example of the upside down
