The "Trophies for All" policy is a policy were every kid on a sports team gets a trophy, but not everyone believes that this is a fair policy. Many people believe not every child deserves a trophy because most people are not rewarded for simply doing what's required. In real life you don't get a trophy for doing your job. There are some people that do believe every child deserves a trophy, so they don't feel discouraged or left out. Trophies can encourage kids who aren't that great to keep playing.
