In 'Think About It' Frank Conroy tells of events in his life and how he did not understand the meaning of these events until later events brought them into focus. Starting with the shoeshine men he knew while selling hotdogs as a teenager, progressing to Jazz music and finally conversations with a chief justice and judge from the court of appeals, his understanding of what he saw did not arrive until sometimes years later as he came across new information. Conroy's stories are an interesting way to get to his point, that education doesn't end until life does.
