As we know some groups are more liberal than others. Minorities are one of the three that are more liberal than others. Now if these minorities are less educated for example below high school education, high school graduates and to some extent some collages. Now these minorities have now clue on what’s going on so what is most likely going to happen is the bandwagon effect.
