This classification system can be used and applied with little case analysis, which makes it a dangerous classification system to use at times. Sometimes an offender does not perfectly fit into either category, organized or disorganized. Most offenders are often a mix of the two making this type of analysis even more risky at times. When uneducated law enforcement is given access to unsophisticated labels an offender may not be classified correctly.
