This article discusses the positives of a new perk that employers are now offering employees which is paid parental leave and also provides explanations of why employers are rushing to provide this benefit to their workers. The article goes on to explain that there are many reasons why companies are offering this benefit only recently when this benefit would have been happily appreciated by working parents long ago which is; the benefit helps bring in and keep talented workers when nowadays talent is hard to come by.
