This project aims to research the impeller of the submersible pump (Model : V4 AL-5535) to increase performance and to improve efficiency by compering different angle of blade using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) validated with experiment. In Computational fluid dynamics different aspects of geometry can be analyzed such as Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer and Chemical Reaction. This research is focused on Flow of the Fluid for three different geometry of impeller. CHEPTER : 1 Introduction A submersible pump is a device which has a hermetically sealed motor close-coupled to the pump body. The whole assembly is submerged in…show more content…
The company was established in the year 1996 by Mr. Ritesh Patel as a little unit, which was manufacturing Self-Priming Pumps and Electric induction Motors, then on in the year 2000 the company started manufacturing Submersible Pumps (both Openwell and Borewell). At present the company is manufacturing V3 Single Phase Submersible Pumps in the range of 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP, V4 Single Phase in the range of 0.5 HP to 3 HP, V4 Three Phase in the range of 1 HP to 5 HP and V6 Three Phase in the range of 3 HP to 20 HP, the company is also manufacturing Vertical Openwell Three Phase Pumps in the range of 3 HP to 15 HP, as well as manufacturing Self Priming Single Phase pumps. The Company is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company, and the products are certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the company is well equipped with a research and development department which has latest equipments and skilled engineers and staff members and works round the clock the find the solutions for the lifting needs of the
