St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre is located at 3333 Finch Ave. East in Scarborough, Ontario (“St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre,” n.d.). SPLC has two buildings in total: Centre and Terrace. The Centre building has 298 units for rental. In fact, the office, program rooms, and recreation rooms are all in this building. The Terrace building is newer and it is the one people notice right away that looks like an apartment, these units are generally for sale.
