How to avoid triggers of spring allergies
Allergens can enter your home through pets, children and even through your shoes. Once you enter the home, they often linger in carpets and curtains. So try the following recommendations to avoid them:
-Hot, dry and windy weather is when the amount of allergens in the air is greatest. Therefore, try to walk outdoors to practice when the weather is colder and when it is not very windy. The best time to go out is immediately after rain.
-The amount of pollen is highest in the morning, so, if possible, plan your activities in the afternoon.
Avoid mowing the lawn, but if you must, then be sure to use a protective mask and goggles.
After outdoor activities, immediately wash the clothes, take a shower
