Should people believe that they should have all their constitutional rights even if they are at school or are a minor? Well in the supreme court case Tinker v. Des Moines in 1969 it was addressed by 5 students and parents. The students and parents went through the state court and moved on to the Supreme Court of Justice. The next paragraph will address the reasons the school officials thought the displaying of the black arm bans should be banned from the school. Controversy? Over a simple plain black arm bans? The school officials made a temporary rule to the banishment of the black arm ban they were protesting the vietnam war. The school officials made this rule because of the fact that it could cause controversy in the school system
