Abstract
This book review analyses Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead. The content of this book was around the women’s leadership roles and about her working experience in Google and Facebook Company, and the statistics to show the circumstances for male and female around the job. This book review accords to Sheryl’s experience to tell the readers what leadership can learn by this book. And based on this book, this book review discusses the implications for leaders and future leaders. And leader should have four traits. I will recommend the book to my schoolmates because female be a leader and the discrimination of gender-stereotypical are the global issue.

The name of author is Sheryl Sandberg. The book called Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead. In this book have eleven chapters. She now is a Facebook as its COO. Leadership is nowadays critical thinking on the managing a company. Many people put leadership and manager management together.…show more content… They are helping you advantage to do a leader. Initiative attitude is another key factor to be a leader, as first entered the company. You need to do the junior works, after you contain an experience in your job. You finally be a leader, you also need an initiative attitude. It is because initiative attitude shows your working attitudes to your boss.
The different implications for leaders and future leaders affect by the business change too fast, so the leaders also need to change by company expansion. Such as the leaders need to take more risks and decision in uncertainty because they can let leaders think in positive way and spend less time and sources on deicide the best
