To begin with, the Seven Year War finally ended when the French signed the Peace of Paris in 1763 which under its terms had the French ceded to Great Britain some of their West Indian Islands and most of their colonies in India. They also ceded Canada and all territory east of the Mississippi river, except the New Orleans to Great Britain as well. Finally, they ceded New Orleans and all territory to the west of the Mississippi river to the Spanish. However, as a result of the war, problems started to arise such as Britain finding itself in massive debt. British leaders started to become angry towards the colonists due to the fact that the colonists made very little financial contributions to the war and even started selling goods to the French
