Selwyn Duke is a prolific writer with works published in online magazines such as the American Thinker and others. In his article, “Arab Muslims Should Be Profiled in the War on Terror” (2013), Duke argues that profiling, whether it be through one’s religion, race or other discriminating forms, is beneficial and “fair” after all. He coins them under the term good profiling. Duke then mentions a specific type of profiling which is racial profiling. He can’t seem to understand why law enforcement can not identify criminals or terrorists by their race or religion because that would be considered as racial discrimination.
