The article supports its argument by using the premise of Cleveland’s voucher program is breaching the first Amendment. According to the first Amendment, all citizens are guaranteed five freedoms: freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition; Cleveland’s school voucher program violates the freedom of religion by allowing Cleveland’s Government to interfere with any person’s practice of his or her religion.
