I want you to know what an inspiration you are to me. You remained positive and hopeful during the many twists and turns throughout your first 11 years of life. I am sure at times you felt out of place at Miss Mallory’s Home For Lost Girls. Miss Mallory had a talent for matching orphans to their families, but I know you were probably frustrated and down when you were returned to the home six times. And making cakes for everyone else that were getting their special adoption day as your special day never seemed to come. Miss Mallory could just not seem to find your perfect match. But you were patient and knew in your heart you would find the perfect home. Even though it turned out not to be so traditional of a home at the Emporium. I was thinking back to when the mysterious stranger stated,” a knot appears to be a mess but that every twist is placed so, connecting with others.” This statement really does describe how your life played out. The connection between your future and the interesting people that lived at the Emporium is just that tangle of knots. But somehow you managed to untangle it all and get your dream life with your perfect family.…show more content…
I had an icky feeling about him from the very beginning. Especially since he had wasted the fortune he inherited from his Mother forcing him to rent out rooms in the Emporium. Seemed to me like he was unmotivated to work and wanted to take the easy route. I guess my feeling was right as he was trying to make his living by stealing from others while looking for the Perfect Peanut Butter recipe made famous by the Darlington Peanut Butter Factory. The recipe he had lost in a blue suitcase fifty-three years ago on a bus and thought would bring him fame and fortune. Guess we know now that did not work out well for
