Judith Butler is an American philosopher who has work to influenced political philosophy, ethics, and has made impact in the field of feminist. Society has created the terms of gender of binary in which it classifies the terms “male and female” and “masculine and feminine” making them seem be part of the norm, while in reality they are not.
